Great deal and very efficient customer service
I bought City Pass for my family and I to visit 3 main attractions and 2 museums. It was much cheaper and easier this way. We just had to present the QR codes instead of tickets. We just had an issue at one of location that could not scan the QR codes but it wasn't a City PASS issue, it was a problem with that specific location. They didn't let us in even though it was their fault so we called the CityPASS customer service and the lady stayed with us on the phone while we waited in line and she talked to the staff and manager at that location to find a solution. She stayed with us on the phone until they gave us new tickets. I highly recommend CityPASS for anybody for savings and peace of mind.

SO INCREDIBLY!!! WORTH THE MONEY
We bought tickets for 5 people and saved hundreds of dollars.We hit five attractions in 3-days.Allow time for traffic using Waze 23 miles took 45-48 minutes 275 was rough we started cutting through town instead.

It was excellent. Unfortunately I couldn't access 2 attractions because they were closed due to the hurricane and I lost my money. Regarding the rest, the aquarium, the zoo and Busch Garden were very good and I did not wait in lines to buy the tickets since I went directly to the scanner.

Bought as a gift, but limited use revealed
I bought CityPASS as a gift for my grandson, who lives with his parents in the Tampa area. It looked like a really good deal, and it actually is less expensive than a set of tickets to Busch Gardens, which is one of the sites included. It wasn't until after I purchased it, however, that I realized that after the first use, they have only 9 days to use it anywhere else. Even though they have a year to use it, they need to go to any attractions they want to see within 9 days of that. As residents of the area, that's not as good a deal for them as I thought it would be. This product is really meant for someone visiting from out of town who already has only a limited time to see things in the area, not for someone who lives in the are and doesn't necessarily want to rush to see everything they can within a short period of time. I was disappointed, and I don't think they have gotten to use it yet.

I bought these CityPASS with the cost of a good deal. BUT however we were staying on the Clearwater beach. So to go to all 5 Top u need a car. This is beneficial if you rent a car for a week. We only had the two places to go in Clearwater to Uber one way was 50 to 1 hour cost for Uber one way was 70-89 $. Cost wasn’t worth it for our stay.the best part was the boat with the dolphins 🐬.i do recon this CityPASS if u have a car !!

We happen to visit Tampa the same weekend as Tropical Storm Debby. We visited the three main attraction’s plus the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and MOSI. CityPASS was very easy to use and had no issues using it at the different places. I would definitely recommend it. It literally pays for itself.
