No thanks !
I baught CityPASS Tampa, thinking that we would have an unforgettable experience with the kids, but we’re met with definitely not that. We went to Busch Gardens and absolutely almost 60% of the rides were closed for the week. We had a terrible time there and left only after an hour. Make sure you call in advance to ensure that the rides are even open, especially if you’re coming in from another country. We went to the aquarium and it was packed with school so it was unenjoyable because we couldn’t even go into any of the activities because it was just full with a bunch of kids running around which is OK but at least tell us that there’s a field trips on those days. Then we went to Clearwater excursion, which was way too far out. It was about an hour drive around super lengthy to get on the boat ride was OK but definitely not an experience I would die for. Didn’t see any dolphins. The facilities were way too far apart. You need to travel an hour or so between activities, and you have to ensure that the activities are even open or functioning as normal.

Recommend Zoo ONLY
Recommend not buying the pass and going to the zoo only and save your money! Tampa Bush Gardens was terrible and a big disappointment.

CityPASS is a great idea, but we were disappointed
While we like the discount that CityPass offers to see a group of various attractions, overall, there was disappointment! We are senior citizens from Michigan visiting with no young children. We went to the Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Busch Gardens, the Tropics dolphin tour, Clearwater Aquarium, and ZooTampa. It would have been nice to have another option rather than seeing two aquariums, but the other two optional attractions were geared towards children.
Busch Gardens was especially disappointing; parking was $36.00, many of the rides were not running and exhibits were closed! We wanted to ride the Skyride , and after waiting until after 3:00 in the afternoon for it to finally open -we were told it was an extra $5 per person cost (each way) even though the CitiPass said it included ALL rides! We do not ride the roller coasters, so the Skyride was the main ride we were looking forward to…. How frustrating! Additionally, we were thankful that Zoo Tampa did not charge for parking like all the other attractions did! The other attractions were satisfactory, and we enjoyed them.

Worth it!
I highly recommend this service! The value for the price is exceptional, especially considering all the features included. One of the standout aspects is the convenience of having a single code that you can scan for access to all the venues. This eliminates the hassle of juggling multiple tickets or codes.
Additionally, the ability to add it to Apple Wallet is a fantastic feature that enhances the overall experience. Overall, this has made my visits much more enjoyable and stress-free. I can’t recommend it enough!

Great deal and very efficient customer service
I bought City Pass for my family and I to visit 3 main attractions and 2 museums. It was much cheaper and easier this way. We just had to present the QR codes instead of tickets. We just had an issue at one of location that could not scan the QR codes but it wasn't a City PASS issue, it was a problem with that specific location. They didn't let us in even though it was their fault so we called the CityPASS customer service and the lady stayed with us on the phone while we waited in line and she talked to the staff and manager at that location to find a solution. She stayed with us on the phone until they gave us new tickets. I highly recommend CityPASS for anybody for savings and peace of mind.

Good experiencr
It was excellent. Unfortunately I couldn't access 2 attractions because they were closed due to the hurricane and I lost my money. Regarding the rest, the aquarium, the zoo and Busch Garden were very good and I did not wait in lines to buy the tickets since I went directly to the scanner.
