Fue la primera vez que usamos un CityPASS. Estábamos planeando nuestro viaje cuando vimos varios pases diferentes para realizar actividades en New York. If you're heading to NYC, you should definitely go for the CityPASS to explore the city. It’s not only a money-saver but also a great travel planner. Plus, when I needed to change a reservation, their support team was instantly available and super helpful. Totally worth it - don’t even hesitate!

Great time in NYC!
Definitely recommend purchasing CityPASS when visiting New York City. We had a quick 3 day trip and used the 5 site pass. We saw the Empire State Building, Museum of Natural History, Statue of Liberty Ferry, 9/11 Museum, & Top of the Rock. Great value and easy to use.

Good experience, easy and fast.
All worked as expected. It was our first time with this kind of product, and was completely user friendly. My son and me could use the vessel to visit Statue of Liberty because he felt really sick that day, and couldn’t claim because latter I found no claims allowed if partial use of the events were used, happy anyway.

Great options and easy to use
I bought 5 passes during my recent trip to New York City. It was so easy to use and understand. I managed to prebook my slots at various attractions as advised by the site. It is recognisable by the attractions. I would highly recommend to use CityPASS to save money.

I took a City pass and was good for the attractions but not for the reservations.
I was unable to reserve on my phone or computer. The hotel needed to call city pass and had to reserve by this way.
