Great Value and Easy CityPASS Chicago
The CityPASS for Chicago was great! It was so easy to use with the app. We were able to change times for admission easily as our plans changed. Also, admission was super easy at the locations we went to. We did Shedd Aquarium (got to see 2 4-D shows with it), Adler Planetarium (with 2 shows), Field Museum, and Arch Boat Tour! Download the app for seamless entry and changes.

I found out about CityPASS by accident, while I was looking at a few websites about what to visit in Chicago. It was definitely worth buying it, since it brought significant savings to the tickets of the attraction l visited. I particularly appreciated how the app was already integrated with the websites of the attractions which required reservations, and you could check the availability wothout actually completing the reservations. This made the planning of my visit days much simpler!! The next step would be an integrated calendar showing all availabilities of all attractions into one place :)

Disappointing Experience with Chicago CityPASS
We purchased the Chicago CityPASS with high hopes for exploring the city’s top attractions, but unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. One major issue was the inaccurate time descriptions provided on the CityPASS website. Several attractions had updated hours or required advanced reservations that were not clearly indicated, which made planning our visit incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, we were unable to use the pass due to an unexpected illness. While we understand that external circumstances like sickness are not under the company’s control, the lack of flexibility or refund options left us feeling disappointed.
Overall, we regret purchasing the CityPASS. Clearer, up-to-date information and more flexible policies would make this service much more worthwhile

We went to Chicago and it was so much to do but when I tell you the city pass came handy it did and was well worth it! You would be crazy not to get it!

I have used CityPass in NY and Chicago, in both I loved having preferential lines and thus avoiding long lines, I was able to save money on the different main attractions in the cities.

Not worth it
I bought the Citypass thinking that I could see the 5 attractions of the Aquarium, The Field Museum, The Alder Planetarium,, The Shoreline cruise and the 360° observation deck. I used it for the 360°, The Shoreline Cruise, The Alder Planetarium and The Aquarium yet when I went to use it for the Field Museum I was told that I had used up all 5 attractions. I haven't The Field Museum was the last one. Very disappointed that it couldn't be used so be careful on what attractions you choose. It the main two of the SkyDeck and The Aquarium and then 3 of the others which it shouldn't be, you should be able to choose which 5 you want to visit
