Great for groups
Citypass made it easier than trying to buy individual passes for every event. I couldnt find the zoo unfortunately but we did everything else. By the end of the day my granddaughter was very exhausted. She loved the museum of science and aquarium. Ty for making my trip easy.

Good Sites, not so good terms
We bought a cityPASS in Boston. Setup reservations for our last day there, but it turns out our flight was canceled so we ended up with an extra day in town. By this point, it was too late to cancel the reservation, so we missed out on a museum. I wish the system could tell if a ticket wasn't scanned / a reservation canceled, versus manually canceling by a certain time. Maybe we could have reached out to customer service, but after dealing with the airlines, it was a low priority. Otherwise, it was a great way to see the city for a great price!

Good deal
A good bargain if you want to do these things. You need to plan a little bit; make reservations for some places. My family was able to do 4 events in 3 days without rushing.

Good overall but be careful about scheduling
I found CityPASS to be convenient as it helped with costs, locating tickets, provided hours and directions to the destinations. However, I would like the option to reschedule or cancel a reservation in a way that’s convenient. Since most of these places close around 4-5 pm, we were unable to make it to the museum of science and were unable to unsubmit and reschedule for the next day. Long story short, it was a wasted ticket.

So easy!
This was the best thing to do when you’re traveling to the city. Very cost-effective and so easy! I will be doing this again for my next stay!

you need to make the best plan in Boston.
I could use it for 3 attractions, but the cruise ship I'd love to ride the mosut was cancelled suddenly so I couldn't ride on it. Because I didn't have time to chenge the plabn. Unfortunaly, if you can't use full of plans, you won't get a refund.

Easy to use
CityPASS was very easy to use and I felt that the attractions we had to choose from were exactly what we wanted to do. Each attraction we went to was very familiar with CityPASS so there was no problems. We also got discounted tickets for the movies at the aquarium and museum of science.
