Boston CityPASS

Rated 3 out of 5 by from you need to make the best plan in Boston. I could use it for 3 attractions, but the cruise ship I'd love to ride the mosut was cancelled suddenly so I couldn't ride on it. Because I didn't have time to chenge the plabn. Unfortunaly, if you can't use full of plans, you won't get a refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use CityPASS was very easy to use and I felt that the attractions we had to choose from were exactly what we wanted to do. Each attraction we went to was very familiar with CityPASS so there was no problems. We also got discounted tickets for the movies at the aquarium and museum of science.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Accept the discount and limitations as well I bought CityPass tickets for family and we were unable to use them all within the 9 day period of expiration. Would be good to have a way of refund or credit. Thank you for the live person customer assistance and appreciate discounted admission privileges.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficulty Reserving a Date for Aquarium I purchased a CityPASS on February 28th specifically to get the discount for the New England Aquarium and the science museum for May 11th. I still have not been able to make a reservation for the aquarium. Their email response to my query about my inability to finalize a date said to try again the second week of March when they would open the dates for spring and summer. It is now March 17th (the 3rd week) and i am still unable to reserve a date/time for admission. I am extremely frustrated. This is not the fault of CityPASS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must! The CitiPass Boston turned out to be an incredible value and a fantastic way to explore the city’s top attractions. With it, I visited the New England Aquarium, the Museum of Science, and Franklin Park Zoo, and each experience exceeded expectations. Even in the winter, we lucked out with a pleasant day at the zoo and enjoyed seeing plenty of animals, which was a highlight. The app was incredibly user-friendly and made accessing the attractions seamless and hassle-free. Best of all, the pass pays for itself after just two visits, making it an absolute steal for anyone looking to experience Boston’s must-see spots. Highly recommend!
