Rated 3 out of 5 by from To be cautious Was much better before. You had Alcatraz day tour and Muni Day pass included. Also the zoo had an exhibit which was not included in the city pass as well. Some of the activities had special ticket rates, cheaper than what is advertised on the citypass website. So overall you might not save a lot of you first double check the individual ticket prices before jumping on a city pass.

I will definitely use again on future trips. I loved the discounts and the flexibility to use on different dates. It is a great value that is simple to use.

My granddaughter and I ran into timing issues and were unable to use the reservation we had made for one of the attractions. The customer service was excellent and my granddaughter was thrilled that we were able to enjoy the Exploratorium after all.
